As a Business Advisory Manager, Patricia is responsible for leading the Healthcare and Health & Human Services practice, as well as leading client engagement teams to deliver process optimization and digital transformation solutions for MFR clients. Her leadership includes cultivation of client relationships, consultant recruitment and development, project management and quality, and business development efforts for business expansion.

Patricia’s career includes leadership of enterprise-wide efforts, departmental initiatives, and division management, where she has utilized her expertise in business operations, data analytics, staff optimization & engagement, relationship management, and financial management and reporting to achieve outstanding results. Her focus has largely been in the Health Care and Higher Education segments for more than 15 years.

Patricia received a Master of Business Administration, majoring in General and Strategic Management, from Temple University, Fox School of Business. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Management and Marketing, from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School.

She received a Negotiations Strategies for Managers Executive Program Certificate from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Business; a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certificate from Temple University; and Certificates in additional areas including Leadership, Project Management, Strategic Planning, Change Management, Financial Management, and Process Improvement. Her personal interests include travel, patronizing the arts, genealogy, and reading.
