Ayanna Neal

As a consultant at MFR, Ayanna works with our Senior Consultants, Managers, and Directors on a variety of business development, business advisory, and process improvement projects.

Ayanna graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Philosophy, Political Science, and Economics with a concentration in Distributive Justice. During her time at Penn, Ayanna demonstrated organizational leadership as the vice president of her women’s fraternity and a program ambassador for the Weingarten Learning Resources Center. Ayanna is also the co-founder of an environmental non-profit. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking, and walking her dog Apollo!
