Jyoti De, MFR’s Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, is responsible for assisting in MFR’s QA Testing efforts to ensure that all client software products meet their required specifications. She is dedicated to developing tests, coordinating the testing effort and executing testing procedures. She works closely with the QA Manager, Developers and Business Analysts to certify that business requirements are testable and verifiable and confirms requirements traceability and delivery of expected functionality. With over 10 years of QA Testing experience, Jyoti has an in-depth knowledge of all phases of the testing lifecycle including requirements gathering, risk analysis, scheduling, testing, defect tracking, management, and reporting.
Jyoti has a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with a focus in Computer Science. As an ISTQB (CTFL) Certified QA Tester, Jyoti brings superior analytical, troubleshooting, communication and presentation skills to every project. When she’s not perfecting her craft as a QA Testing Specialist, this dedicated mother enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
