As a Consultant at MFR, Jake Schwertner is focused on fully understanding the business requirements and processes of our clients, and subsequently developing detailed requirements, test plans, and process maps to help improve operational efficiency. Jake also conducts data gathering, performs workflow analysis, and develops survey building to fully understand project stakeholder needs and desired project outcomes.
Jake graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Economics and a Management concentration. He also earned his Scrum Master certification and is a Certified Professional in Project Management (CAPM). While at Penn, Jake was a three-time letterman on the varsity football team, was the recipient of Penn Football’s Chuck Bednarik Award in 2013, and won two Ivy League Championships along the way. His passion for athletics is shown in his voracious work ethic and unwavering desire to achieve maximum customer satisfaction on every project that he is assigned. When he’s not providing consulting services, Jake enjoys reading, exercising, and spending time with his adopted dog, Mikey.
