Jake Schwertner

Manager

As COO, Jake is focused on aligning MFR’s internal processes, systems, and talent to optimize the internal operations and overall project management. Jake started at MFR in 2014, spending many years as a senior consultant specializing in business process mapping and improvement, requirements gathering, and business analysis. Jake has taken his knowledge and experience from working with MFR clients and has brought that to the Operations role to best support the pursuit of our mission and vision. 

Jake graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a Management concentration. While at Penn, Jake was a three-time letterman on the varsity football team, was the recipient of Penn Football’s Chuck Bednarik Award in 2013, and won two Ivy League Championships along the way. His passion for athletics is shown in his work ethic and desire for MFR to achieve maximum customer satisfaction on every project. In his free time, Jake enjoys traveling with his wife, taking their dogs on long walks, reading, weightlifting, and watching his beloved Cleveland Browns.
